I bought my first house at 20. Nobody educated me, so I made every mistake a person can make. That experience made me obsessed with doing it better, and it's the reason I'm in this business.

Since then, I've helped over 150 families, spent five years running operations for one of the top teams in Michigan, and onboarded and trained agents all over the country at every business level. Along the way, I noticed something: the agents who thrive aren't working harder. They have a solid foundation and simple systems that run whether they're "on" or not.

Then I became a mom, and time got a whole lot more precious. I want to be excellent when I'm in work mode and excellent when I'm in mom mode. Systems are what make that possible. They let me serve a lot of people while I'm working, and then serve the most important little person when I'm home.
